The Yixiang DIY battery kit is by far the easiest kit to assemble. I currently own three of these batteries and they work great! The V2 box is even better. The V2 box comes with a bi-directional circuit breaker, fire extinguisher aerosol and ventilation holes built into the box.
UL Certification: These are DIY kits so they are NOT UL listed. If you are building a permitted system that requires UL listed equipment check with your local code authority. See the price comparison section of the review video below for more information on UL listed batteries.

The DIY kit comes with the new JK inverter BMS, this means you can parallel multiple batteries and also support communications to your inverter or charging equipment. This allows for added safety as the battery can tell the charger how it wants to be charged. COMMS compatibility will depend on your inverter and the BMS used.
